This will be an interesting one. Would it be possible that we could point
maven to Gump's output directory to use as the local repository? That way
Maven wouldn't try to download anything.
The other issue is that Maven projects declare their dependencies on
specific versions of projects in their descriptor, for good reasons. It
will take a fair bit of hacking to work around that, as Maven assumes the
project writer knows better what the dependencies are than the project
runner.
We may need to transform the descriptor as part of the process.
