I sent a complaint to SUBWAY.  It took 10 minutes to navigate the site and 
fill in the complaint form.  THIS is all I got back.  The problem was that 
the kids working their were going to "follow the rules" even it if cost the 
store business.  If kids are threatened with their jobs for not following 
policy what amount of re-training will change them?
