I've change many of these over the years. I used to use the factory tool.

I now change them in much less time.

Put the new mount in the freezer the night before.

Heat the back of the tranny with a propane torch. When it is warm enough, you can tap the old mount out very easily with a hammer and a drift.

Warm the tranny again, and pop the new mount in. You have to work quickly, but it goes in easily.

It really is pretty easy.
