[alfa] Milano Starter

So now that I have the passenger side head off the car, that starter  
is looking really easy to change.  Can anyone who has changed a  
starter before chime in on whether or not it's worth doing right now  
with the head off?  Or is it the bottom most fastener that's a bear to  
get to, so having the head off is not such a big help?
