Hi Steve, Total shot in the dark, but I noticed points (and condenser, for that matter, but I think not running is the failure mode for that) were not on your list of ignition parts you checked/replaced.
I'm no carb expert, so I'll leave that to others... but wasn't it someone here who said 80% of fuel problems are ignition problems?
