Once you give up looking for the source of the draining battery... If one of the diodes in your alternator goes bad, the alternator can be the source of current usage. Not sure about the best way to diagnose a bad rectifier bridge. A simple test might be to exclude the alternator in the wiring. Let the car sit idle for a time, monitor the battery voltage.
