Probably your best option for bulk fuses would be one larger electronics
suppliers companies, like Mouser. They sell the littlefuse ceramics:

But their stock levels are pretty low, and one of them is marked "End of
Life", which would lead me to think perhaps these are going to get hard to
find shortly.

Digi-Key also sells them, as a non-stocked item (which I believe only
delays shipping time) in packs of five, with a minimum order of 5 packs.

I also located a seller in Australia who sells them in bulk:

But I'm unsure how postage/shipping costs would come out in the end.

It's a shame that Bussman/Littlefuse no longer makes the glass tube version
of the bullet fuses; I found them to be less susceptible to corrosion that
the open ceramic style.
