The issue is with users that have some packages downloaded from the FTP 
mirrors in bz2 format, but the upstream format used now in gz, and don't what 
to download the gz format, right?

How many packages fails in that category?

How many of then has been or will be updated to a newer version soon?

How many users are actually afected by that issue?
