Linear build, like we are doing for {C,H}LFS but allowing to regenerate the 
Makefile after editing the build scripts.

In that way, a user will be able to add/remove any desired package (not wanted 
individual optional dependencies, build not-BLFS optional dependencies, etc),  
from the default set of build scripts.

When done the scrips/packages fixes and regenerated the Makefile, a plain 
"make" will build all desired packages in their proper order.
