Changes:

- Updated to paco-1.10.8
- The configuration files in chapter 7-8 will now get logged in a log called "{h}lfs-sysconf" - Some files were missing from several logs, so there's a new function in common/paco-functions trying to fix that.

I'll try to come up with a better solution to the "missing files from the logs" thing. It's caused by the preload library not registering files created by bash redirection when LD_PRELOAD is set in the current shell.
There's currently three workarounds known to me:
 1. Add the missing files manually to the logs
 2. Wrap the installation commands with "paco -lp+ 'make install && ...'"
3. Run the installation commands in a subshell inheriting env variables after LD_PRELOAD is set.

Option 2 would be preferred, but I need to do some investigation and testing to figure out the details.

For now option 1 works perfectly, but requires the patch to be updated every time the book changes any of the affected packages, which I would like to avoid.
