I'm taking a look at the new book now.
Noticed that the new toolchain pages are combining the packages from the top
dir. Thus, for that scripts we must to start into the sources/ directory, not
in $PKGDIR.
That could be fixed via the XSL or, for now, using a sed.
I will commit what I have changed so far. It seems to do all the
right things but is it me or the book..
