CLFS3 now in jhalfs trunk

To all JHALFS'ers

  I have posted my first changes to the jhalfs trunk to integrate the 
lastest Cross-LFS book, CLFS3 (Embedded).

  Both the book and my code changes are works in progress, there will 
be issues.
