dude... Practice is the only solution to ur problem... U can try any one of the following: topcoder, spoj, (already mentioned in the thread) codechef etc...
U can also refer to previous posts in this group and try to code those problems on your own and then refer to the solutions to check where you can improve..U can always come back to us in case of any difficulty..
