(Maximo or Remedy) Networking Certifications Responsibilities Will be at a computer station watching for alarms on the network monitoring system (e-help). The alarms are all color coded and titled like: Router Fan Down or Device Failed Ping or Circuit Down. The alert will then be routed into their ticketing system (MAXIMO). They will be diagnosing and troubleshooting tickets. Remote experience with routers is perfect!
