Please let me know if you have anyone available for the below position. *Position : Silver light Developer Location : Kansas City MO Duration : 6+ month contract* Technical: Proficient in Web based technology; Strong Silverlight expertise, .Net, Java Script, CSS, Flash, master pages, page layouts, and reusable components. Experience with graphics, layout, and navigational components. Proficient in the architecture and functionality of Web content management systems Proficient in the management of Web content (cataloging, archiving,) Proficient in the implementation and use of Web analytic tools ex: Web Trends. Must be able to interpret analytical results for use by technical and non-technical users. Experience with search engine optimization, content tagging, and workflows Experience with Social Networking is preferred Experience with Portals is a plus (SharePoint 2003 or MOSS 2007) Experience with technical writing (admin and user documentation) Collaboration and Presentation – MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook). Non-Technical: Strong interpersonal skills. Must be influential but able work effectively in a project team Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Must be able to communicate complex technical issues to all stakeholders, including those who do not have a technical background Analytical/Problem Solving: Intellectual capacity and ability to gather, sort and analyze data and then develop logical conclusions; critical thinking skills; familiar with problem solving tools/techniques and able to communicate options, conclusions, and recommendations to both the business and the technology teams. Presentation, communication and diplomacy skills at all levels of the organization – C-level officers down to individual contributors.
