I don’t agree with that.
I take your point about people not hearing above 22KH~ however there are other 
characteristics you hear in a recording of high sample and bit rate that you 
don’t hear in lower sampled recordings so that’s why all the bother is with 
even Vinyl as the audio - from a good turntable, amp and speakers - has 
differences in sound not heard on a CD.
