I have a similar problem when I read braille paper, the "sliding of my
fingers," over the paper makes a little "swishing" sound, and the only
solution I can think of is to locate the braille display away from the
microphone in some way. Filters, click or otherwise can only discourage
the sound, not eliminate it unfortunately. :)
