I can think of 2.
the first is the one I use, the Aphex in2, but that does need power, so if
you intend using it where no power is available, the other one is the
steinberg ur22.

have a stereo headphone jack and a mono microphone jack. I am seeking a
simple external USB sound card or device for my laptop that has a stereo
line-in jack. I cannot find any such product. I am not looking for a mixer
