Why do we expect sales staff at these firms to have the slightest idea of
what our needs are.
After placing a large order to Microsoft Madness, everything seems to be
going cold on me too.
All I'm waiting for is an assurance that any modifications I request on the
connections of their microphones will work and of course an Invoice.
Why do I, the purchaser, suddently feel that I am a pest!
