Hey. Though I guess you can access yo ur bookmarks from tehre, I don't think the library needs to be turned on for you to bookmark and access bookmarks. I don't usually use winamp to play stuff online however I used to do so more and the bookmarks worked fine. Just access the bookmarks list from the main window using whatever keystroke that is, or alt f, b, or arrow to the bookmarks submenu, and there they should be.

Unless you did not try Control+Tabbing to see (you did not mention it at all if you did). So instead of Alt+T to toggle the mini-browser tab, try Alt+W to open up the main window of the player and see then if you can Control+Tab to it after toggling it.
