The Internet-based Provider Enrollment, Chain and Ownership System
(Internet-based PECOS) will be operating on its normal schedule
throughout this weekend and the following week. Internet-based PECOS
may be used by providers and suppliers (except DMEPOS suppliers) to
submit Medicare enrollment applications over the Internet.

Tips for Using Internet-Based Provider Enrollment, Chain and Ownership
System (PECOS)

As a reminder, providers and suppliers should report application
navigation, printing, or access problem with Internet-based PECOS to the
EUS Help Desk at 1-866-484-8049 or send an e-mail to the EUS Help Desk
to [email protected]. In addition, providers and suppliers must have
Internet-Explorer version 5.5 or higher and have the most recent version
of Adobe Acrobat Reader before initiating an enrollment action using
Internet-based PECOS.
