During this call, CMS staff will discuss: * Review how CMS plans to implement Section 3109 of the Affordable Care Act for pharmacies; * Review the recent instructions given to our contractor; * Answer questions related to those pharmacies who voluntarily disenrolled last year; and * Next steps required by the pharmacy.
