Try looking for a file mscvr70.dll. This file exists in previous installations
of OOo. You can copy this file to the corresponding directory in your dev OOo
version.
Some Windows PCs that already have a VB development environment already have the
file on the system, outside of OOo, and so the error goes unnoticed. We have
noticed this behaviour on the French n-l dev list.
Am confirming and setting oooqa keyword.
