this was fixed as issue 37433 "embedded forms store the absolute path to the
database document". For sub forms, this resulted in not being loadable, since
they tried to connect to an ODB file which does not exist.
You can verify this in your attached document by unzipping it, and looking into
the forms/*/content.xml files - they will contain absolute file://-URLs to your
odb file, which of course are platform-dependent.
Issue 37433 was integrated with CWS dba20 into 680m70.
