Only the first and the last one are. All the other are text values. As Calc doesn't calculate with text, this is not a bug. To check wether the content of a cell is text, a formula result or numeric, use Value Highlighting from the View menu or press CTRL+F8. Text is black, formulas green and numerics blue.
