cannot reproduce the problem in 2.0 either, this is IMHO fixed by the artificial
bold feature of 2.0. The sample document provided has the "Arial black" font set
to bold but there is no bold font file for "Arial black"; in 2.0 this will be
compensated by using artificial bold, in 1.1.3 the font gets replaced by a not
metrical compatible font.
for 1.1.3 i'd recommend switching the black font to normal, in 2.0 the problem
does not occur anymore
