Fixed in dbwizard3. I found the performance loss for the deletion of the
sections and tables did not seem that significant -even with big reports > 40
pages, but I did not measure it exactly. I will keep in mind this issue, maybe
it makes sense to add a label titleld "Removing old data..." to the progress
dialog for a future version
