To have this, two things must be implemented in OO Writer:
1.) the capability to support Tab characters as "Followed by" character in
numberings. This is settled in the spec "NumberingBullets2.sxw". See issue 20387
for further information. Will be done for successor of OO 2.0.
2.) TOC's must be able to display this tab positions though not set in the TOC's
paragraph style.
MRU->OS: I pass this to you for implementing 2.) when Henning has finished the
changes stated by "NumberingBullets2.sxw" spec.
