Sorry, I've missed your point. Have started setup with -help? There you'll find
the swith '-alluser'. I think this would help. For OOo 2.0 you can select an
'All User' installation in the gui.  For OOo 1.x.x the old setup is end of life.
For OOo 2.0 this is fixed so I swith this issue to fixed.
