To reproduce:

1. Create a new Drawing
2. Draw a bezier curve or polygonal line (i.e., something with some points)
3. Click the "Edit Points" button

At this point, I expect to see the toolbar that gives me the "Move point", "Add
point", "Delete point", etc. as per the manual. Instead, that toolbar is
missing.

Note that "Edit Points" does work correctly in my 1.1.4 version, but it does not
work in the preview file OOo_1.9.m69_native_Win32Intel_install.zip. This issue
is nearly identical to Issue 37718, but I'm reporting this as a problem in Draw
instead of Writer. (Issue 37718 reports this but only when inserting a drawing
into a Writer document.) In my opinion, this is a critical bug. Editing curve
points is a necessary part of layout and design work.

BTW, thanks for such a great software suite, and keep up the great work!

Thanks,
Derek
