The decistion whether defect or not is made from a technical point of view:
If it works as it has been designed it is not a defect.
If the design is bad, it has to be improved -> enhancement.
So it is not a User-interface defect, since the UI does what is is supposed to
do. (not necessarily what the user expects)
Anyway: duplicate.
