If a user inserts a table in a document and sets it's borders to âNo
borderâ
then All borders are completely hidden, which is undesirable. Instead of
hiding the borders completely, they should be shown Greyed.

Although hidden borders will not be printed, but they should be shown on the
screen in lighter shade. (concept similar to Non Printing Characters).

This helps user in locating the table and cell contents more easily, when it's
borders have been turned off completely (or Partially).

Thanks.
