I can confirm, that it is somehow related to the Mozilla-browser. It happens / can be seen mostly from within the browser, meaning the PDF does not open and the browser stalls And - as it happens on WinNT also - it seems to be more related to the windows-versions of OO.o or Adobe-Reader than Windows-os itself.
