AW: The handles are not newly constructed when the zoom level changes, so the
basic change will be to move the 'Hot Spots' of the handles from the center
(default) with a corrected logical canter position to the edges. E.g. for upper
left, move from center to lower right. Problem was that the position with the
added offset to the center as HotSpot was zoomed. When anchoring at the edges
this will work.
AW: Test-changed svdhdl.hxx/.cxx, building SVX.
