The problem is that starting with m73 the SFX cashes all dispatch objects so
that only one dispatch object per slot exists.
The CustomShapes all use the same slot, so they all together get the same
dispatch - the one for the "master", that does nothing on dispatch.
The fix is to remove caching of dispatches for all "subdispatches" (identified
by a "." in the command name).
