2005 -------
To reproduce:
1) Create or edit a document.
2) In case of new document, save it first
3) export to pdf
4) open pdf with AcroRd32.exe
5) edit document and try to export(!!! with AcroRd32.exe still open)
6) error message stating "Access was denied" (correct at this point)
7) close AcroRd32.exe
8) try to save document
9) error message stating "Error saving document. General error. General
Input/Output error"
10) goto 8
