------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Jan 26 01:18:53 -0800 2005 ------- This is not a "big" issue, but I will answer in order to express the point of view of an "end-user". > In a complex table (where cells have been merged) it > does not really make sense to generate a Chart from. [...] > Now you should select the range of the table BEFORE you call > Insert.Object.Chart. In fact, the behaviour is not so natural. Two ways should be doable : Way 1 : * >insert > object > Chart * Select the upper-left 2 lines and 2 colummns. Way 2 : * Select the upper-left 2 lines and 2 colummns. * >insert > object > Chart Why would the way 2 work and not the way 1 ? Thinking naturally, both should work ! Maybe the answer is that it is difficult to code ? I agree this is not a big issue, but it would improve the look-n-feel. Greetings, Pierre-Andre PS : thank-you for doing a so wonderful job :-) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
