If you have a merged cell - say A1:B1

Enter text: Hello into another cell - say A3

Click the TEXT (not the cell) to select just the text.

Copy; Click A1; Paste.

This works ok.

Now: Click UNDO (or CTRL/Z). The text goes; and half the merged cell (which had
the word "hello") goes black.

Click another cell - C3; The other half is now black!. Scroll the screen up
so A1:B1 vanish - and scroll back - it's now white - BUT: There is a line
drawn between A1 and B1 as if the cell is not merged.

However: the program acts as is the line isn't there (which it shouldn't be) so
it gets confusing. Selecting it selects the whole merged cell; The only way I
know to remove the line is to Un-Merge and Re-Merge.
