You have to use Fromat|Standard (see issue 31638 as well) I don't think it is beneficial to remove the formatting when you don't specify anything in the formats for replace-with. It is more likely to search for a date or name and replace that with an updated value (and to keep the formatting) than to remove the formatting (to remove the formatting, you can simply use Format|Default.
