*) upzip, click on 'setup.exe'
*) Question appears:
  "This package requires a newer version of the Windows Installer Do you want to
update the version of the Windows Installer on your system?
  Yes / NO"
*) Must click yes; then this appears:
   "The specified service already exists
                OK"
*) Finally this appears:
    "Setup was unable to find the file ".
                OK"
  (Note the final inverted comma then full stop.)
That is the end.
   This has been the case for all the 2.0 prereleases I have tried, 4 now I
think. On XP it has been fine. No doubt my system is somehow broken, but I don't
know how to remove instmsia.exe, and it works for other software.
