------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Jan 30 17:23:21 -0800 2005 ------- In the attached document, I would expect the Table of Contents (ToC) to include the appendices (formatted in Appendix1 and Appendix2 Style) to show up. The ToC is created from both Outline and Additional Styles. The Appendix1 and Appendix2 styles are included in the Additional Styles as well as in Outline Numbering. It appears that creating the ToC from an Outline will trump whatever Additional Styles one might have.
