As your cvsroot seems okay, and you are using the right name, and obviously can log in to file an issue (same password), my next guess is to check the path that you are using. That is, it must be of the form, documentation/www/[directory] That probably doesn't help, of course.... This is still in Support's queue, and they will handle it as soon as they can.
