could it be, that you have docked the "Numbering"-Toolbar below the "Text"
object bar? The new behviour of this Toolbars will always activate and
deactivate them and not exchange another toolbar (as in 1.1.x). Many paragraphs
on the mentioned page are numbered; thus the toolbar will be enabled on certain
para's (and disabled on others). So tzhe view will move a little bit in the
window.
