The attached uno package ToolkitControls.uno.pkg contains the Basic library ToolkitControls and can be deployed by using the package manager (Tools/Package Manager...). Select 'My Packages' and press 'Add...' button. After that in the file picker dialog the ToolkitControls.uno.pkg file must be selected. After the package is installed, close and restart the office again. The corresponding macro can be started from the StarOffice Basic Macros dialog (Tools/Macros/Organize Macros/StarOffice Basic...). Select 'My Macros/ToolkitControls/ScrollBar' in the left tree list box and 'Main' in the right list box.
