This feature is really important! Everyone who is editing texts in a team uses 
the insert note. Another 
problem with the kind of note OOo uses is that it is just like a spot while in 
many instances the note 
should refer to a sentence or a whole paragraph. Then insterting just a small 
tiny yellow box (as it is 
currently) is not enough (or makes it unclear to which text it refers to) MS 
office has an option that one 
can select a portion of text and then insert a note which would at the same 
time highlight the text. I 
think that this improvement should be done asap. I also know lots of people who 
are using 'insert note'
