SBA: A possible workaround is to have a frame anchored to the header of a page.
Note that this is NOT possible in OOo 1.1.X because text frames OUTSIDE the
page header area are possible in OOo 2.0 only. Such header-attached frames
always have the same content, just like the header itself.
