Please verify the issue. To check it please store a document in oasis template
format for any application that has oasis template filter and unzip the result
file. "mimetype" substream of the document must contain the correct template
mediatype. And "META-INF/manifest.xml" substream must contain entry
<manifest:file-entry manifest:media-type="<the correct template mediatype>"
manifest:full-path="/"/>
You can find the specification of the correct templates mediatypes by using
following link

In addition, to minimize the possibility of a regression, all the areas related
to opening and storing of documents ( mainly templates ) should be tested.
