This issue is not resolved - the thing you explain is not what I meant.

What I mean is not that the scroll bar is not changing height/size - it's that 
it freezes - doesn't move - even when the view changes. I hold down Page Down 
and the view skips down the long spreadsheet but the scroll bar stays in the 
spot. This makes it impossbile know when you stop scrolling since you don't 
have 
any idea how far down the text you are when the scroll bar position is frozen. 
You have the stop scrolling each time you want have the scroll bar update it's 
position.

You might need a big spreadsheet with alot of text before this happens. But the 
scrollbar should move in any size of spreadsheet.
