The missing text/fuzzy border problems have been fixed with issue 47157.
@cl: please handle the remaining problem that controls appear duplicate when
design mode is switched off - this is the old story of the drawing layer not
being completely switched off during the slideshow (at least it generates the
toolkit control windows on top of the slideshow window).
