Try the following:
- open an empty writer document
- change the Page Style "Standard" to have a standard footer and header
(now you should have a empty page with a header and footer)
- insert a picture into the header (for example the bigapple.gif)
- rename the inserted picture from "Graphics1" to "BigApple"
- now edit the page style "Standard" and chanhe the height of the footer
- check the name of the inserted picture: it's again "Graphics1"

Please let me know if there are any problems in recreation of this issue.
Btw.: I think this issue occurs on every build within 680, because I had
this behaviour before but wasn't able to reproduce it so far.
